We run a varying degree of programmes and projects which offer plenty of exciting and new ways of engaging and working with young people as well as organisational needs to improve our offer to young people and communities.

All staff have access to ongoing support, training and development opportunities, this in turn ensures that our service is of the highest quality and we are keeping our promise of a professional and safe delivery model and we are keeping up to date with current national and local practices and procedures.

The Volunteer Support Worker role provides the opportunity to gain experience and develop skills working with young people, supporting them develop and grow through exciting and challenging programmes. Volunteers can bring extra skills and experiences into youth provision and activity programmes, adding additional opportunities and experiences for young people to channel.

Other voluntary roles support our overall development and sustainment. Any voluntary help will contribute to the work of In The Mix Project and help us meet our charitable objectives, and develop our charity.
