We are always looking for like-minded people to join our organisation and support us help the children, young people and families we support. If you think you have something to offer young people in Somerset, or have skills which would benefit our charity, then please get in touch.
We run a variety of projects which offer plenty of exciting and new ways of engaging and working with young people as well as organisational needs which will improve our offer to young people and communities. All staff have access to ongoing support, training and development opportunities.

- Youth & Community Workers; support and lead activities and experiences for young people
- P/T Fundraiser; help raise funds to support our mission and charitable objectives
